Positive: A clean apartment located in a good area close to the metro, from where it is convenient to get to any point in Paris. The unusual layout of the apartment seemed convenient to us. For 3-4 guests, the apartment is comfortable, despite the fact that there are 6 sleeping places, for such a number it is cramped. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so on hot days it can be stuffy. There is an elevator in the house, which makes it easier to move with luggage. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, but there is very little space where you can do this. Overall, we really liked it, we recommend it for rent. The owners of the apartment are always in touch and quickly respond to requests.
Negative: For a long stay, there is not enough washing machine in the apartment. Of the wishes, I would like the door to the corridor to be locked with a key, this would allow you to use the room for storing things, which is clearly lacking in this apartment.

Positive: I received all the necessary detailed information in time to check-in. The apartment was fine and clean. It is close to subway stations, supermarkets, restaurants. The surrounding area is really quite. We found everything what we needed (except a sharp knife in the kitchen, but we bought one in the close Aldi). Offered coffee capsules are a kind thing.
Negative: Door of shower is broken, but a curtain solves this issue. One part of the Nespresso machine is missing, but still functional.

Positive: Perfect location, good price for such location in the city centre. Large, comfortable beds, capsule coffee machine was a nice surprise :)
Negative: - tiny kitchenette, with no free countertop to e.g. prepare breakfast. Also couldn't find any sharp knife or cutting board. - weird light set up - with one button you could turn off the lights in whole flat (both in living room and bed room). Would be good to put somewhere instruction so there is no need to guess how to configure the lights - however it can be also treated as plus cause there was quite o lot of laugh with that :D - instruction how to close the door - should be also included in the email, no one opens youtube videos with instruction how to open/close the door ;)
Summary: Good base for a whole day of sightseeing

Positive: The location of the apartment was convenient and near the metro. The place was clean and the shower was good
Negative: The apartment was not suitable for a family of five. Especially with teenagers. It was too small and the kitchen was not convenient at all to operate. The dishwasher didn't work, and the building front door was broken. We informed the hosts, but didn't receive a solution.
Summary: Too small for a family. Might be good for a couple who intend to eat ouside.

Positive: It was in a safe neighborhood and there were two pull Out sofas that accomodated our needs
Negative: The property was being painted while we were there and it was difficult to use the stairs. I wasn’t informed of this or that the property was not fully completed. There were no hooks or bars for towels, the lights in the bedroom flickered on and off, there was a large wired coming out of the wall and a strange smell in the shower part of the bathroom. It’s pretty small, especially the bathroom. One of the provided fans did not work, no screens on windows to open them for cool air without bugs coming in, no a/c. Manager did not respond to my questions/what’s app texts regarding the property during our stay.
Summary: Was ok but property needs work/completion with better communication

Positive: Location is perfect. The markets and two metro stations are very close. The facilities of the flat is generally ok. Duvet/pillow covers and towels are clean. The flat is newly refurbished and bright. The instructions are sent via e-mail and it was very informative. Automatic entrance with password is very practical. The hairdryer was not working but the flat owner responded us very quickly and provided a new one, very appreciated thanks.
Negative: Generally clean but not there was some dust under the bed. The coaches in the living room are not suitable for sleeping of the adults, better for children sleep. There is no towel hangers in the bathroom and the toilet. The toilet is too small and without ventilation. There was also a kind of bad smell in the bathroom but there is a window fortunately. Toilet paper was not enough and no hand soap just small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. We stayed as 6 people but 4 persons would stay more comfortably.
Summary: Recommended with some minor deficiencies
